Death Row Records / gamma are pleased to announce the release of a 30th anniversary edition of ‘Above The Rim (The Soundtrack)’.
This is the first time the full 21-song tracklist will be available on vinyl. All previous LP releases have been 18 tracks.
Available on yellow with orange and red splatter double vinyl.
Upon its initial release, ‘Above The Rim (The Soundtrack)’ sold over two million copies and held the Number 1 spot on the Billboard R&B Albums Chart for ten consecutive weeks.
The soundtrack is loaded with songs from epic artists including Tha Dogg Pound featuring Nate Dogg and Snoop Doggy Dogg, Dr. Dre, Warren G, DJ Quik and Al B. Sure!. Additionally, this special 30th anniversary edition now includes tracks from 2Pac - ‘Pain’ (feat. Stretch), Lord G with ‘Mi Monie Rite!’ and 2Pac’s ‘Loyal To The Game’ (feat.
Treach & Riddler).
