Shipping policy
Delivery times - UK
We ship our products on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We aim to dispatch your items within 48 hours of receiving payment. We will always try to get your order to you as soon as possible, but please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch. Orders made after 12 noon (GMT) on the shipping days will be sent out on the next shipping day. Pre orders should arrive on or very close to the release date. If you have ordered multiple pre orders the whole order will ship when the last pre order is available. If you are able to pick up from the shop you can pick up releases as they come out by contacting the shop.
If your order hasn't arrived within seven working days, please get in touch.
International delivery
If you live outside the UK, please get in touch if you would like us to provide you with an international shipping quote. You may be required to pay local customs or duty charges, so please make sure you understand the fees your country may charge you to receive the items - it is your responsibility to pay these.
Each parcel is being handled with care by our small team, following all official UK government advice. Both Royal Mail and our couriers are operating a contactless delivery service.
If you refuse to pay charges the delivery could be returned to us. This can take a long time. You will only be refunded the cost of the goods when they arrive back at our store.

Delivery Information
Deliveries made by Royal Mail may require a signature on delivery.
Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days.
Mixed Up Records cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
For your safety and security, we do not currently deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes, Amazon lockers, Collect Plus, and Parcel Motel. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
Local Pick-up (Glasgow only)
Orders are usually available for collection within 2 working days. This delivery method can be selected during the online checkout process.
Once your order is ready for collection an email will be sent to notify you. If you have selected to have delivery notifications by text message this will also be sent to you. Please bring a copy of the notification email and a form of photo ID with you on collection. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then they will need the email and a form of ID of the person who placed the order.
Orders will be held for 14 days at the shop, after which they will be returned to our stock and a refund processed.
