Laurent Garnier - It's All Connected Somehow: Soul

Available as a digipack CD and a double LP, featuring signature artwork by Mambo, with the project coordinated by Franck Descollonges for Heavenly Sweetness.

"The rare gem has never really interested me... No, what matters to me is the music... just the music...For me, it's all about the feeling, the emotion, the warmth, or that shiver running through you when you get that little jolt of "ahhhhhhh!" That's the whole point... rare or not, old or new, commercial or underground, techno, blues, rap or salsa... I couldn't care less, as long as it makes me feel good." - Laurent Garnier

It's All Connected Somehow... Soul launches a series on Heavenly Sweetness, in which each release will explore a specific theme. For this first outing, soul takes centre stage, with rarity taking a back seat to the simple pleasure of listening to a track over and over again.

No matter how many musical genres it contains, a record collection is a single entity and must always be understood as a whole. The artwork, designed by Mambo, will follow the same principle. Each volume will form one piece of a puzzle, with all the pieces eventually coming together to create a complete work of art.
