With The Boy and the Heron – Symphonic Suite for Piano and Orchestra, legendary composer Joe Hisaishi presents a newly reimagined concert work based on his Golden Globe-winning score for Studio Ghibli's Academy Award-winning film The Boy and the Heron by Hayao Miyazaki. Recorded with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the world premiere recording features Hisaishi himself as piano soloist.
