FloFilz - Cenário (10th Anniversary Edition)

10th anniversary reissue of FloFilz’s breakthrough album ‘Cenario’ from 2016. The gatefold cover includes newly designed artwork and an extended 16-page photo booklet by Robert Winter.

‘Cenario’ dropped at the height of the European beat scene and remains one of the defining albums of the genre. It’s a seminal work in FloFilz’s catalogue and hasn’t lost a bit of its magic. Or as musician and producer Tom Misch recounts: “Beautiful album, full of great flips. In particular I remember hearing ‘Dulce’ for the first time and being like damn I wish I’d made that!”

This album manifested FloFilz’s position as one of the most influential producers for jazz-driven hip-hop and soul of his generation. With ‘Dulce’ it also includes his commercially most successful track, which has been streamed more than 40 million times. Other highlights are ‘Taxi Bossa’ and the two songs with mystical jazz singer Olivia Wendlandt (‘Intro Azul’ and ‘Nuvem’).

‘Cenário’ is dedicated to the city of Lisbon and was the second release of FloFilz’s album series, which he started in 2012 with photographer Robert Winter and Melting Pot Music. They also visited Paris (‘Metronom’, 2014), London (‘Transit’, 2019) and Tokyo (‘Hagaki’, 2025).
