Under the leadership of the dynamic saxophonist Issa Sissokho and the ever-present guitarist Barthélémy Attiso, it was notably the young singer Médoune Diallo – a future icon of Senegalese salsa – who delivered one of his masterpieces with the irresistible ‘Autorail’, a driving track celebrating the opening of the railway line linking Dakar to Niamey.
The mastering was carried out using the master tapes from the album’s studio recording. The cover is a reproduction of the original. The LP includes a printed inner sleeve. The cover features a glossy finish to remain as faithful as possible to the original release.

Tracklist

A1.
