Reissue/Remaster of Kraftwerk's 1986 album Electric Cafe (Techno Pop in Germany). This is the German language version pressed on limited edition 180g clear vinyl. An oft-maligned album which cut Kraftwerk adrift from the commercialized electronic scene of the 1980s, Techno Pop has received a more balanced critical reappraisal with the passing of time, with tracks such as the quirky 'Boom Boom Tschak' and the gorgeous 'Der Telefon Anruf' serving as highlights of both this album and the group's extraordinary career as a whole.
