So, when, on the evening of August 17, 1988, André Damon had the idea of programming a duo with Michel Petrucciani, the results exceeded his expectations. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe first meeting of these two great musicians took place at the Petit Journal Montparnasse: sweltering heat and a packed house, with nearly 300 people left at the door, disappointed at not being able to attend the concert, so Francis Dreyfus and André Damon became obsessed with recreating this extraordinary musical experience. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe long-awaited reunion finally took place on May 31, 1994, at the Maison de la Radio, before an attentive audience of friends, musicians, artists and journalists from every specialized media outlet. Eddy and Michel wanted to preserve a recorded trace of their collaboration, which was captured over three magical evenings at the Petit Journal Montparnasse on June 14, 15, and 16, 1994.
